Sutera Harbour Resort预订问题

我在Sutera Harbour Resort官网上预订了10月的房间，酒店已出了订房成功的预订号，但没有扣费，而官网上显示说“Your requests are not guaranteed at time of booking, but might be offered at check-in and could be subject to additional charges by the hotel. ”请问到时会出现没有房间的情况嘛？官网预订靠不靠谱呢？谢谢！
