My La Cay (the name of the dish…which in this case is also the name of the establishment) has been around for years. Each time we come to Seattle, we would have this dish. I like it very much…but only once in a while. They consistently do a decent job, always taste the same (thus, reliable). The place is not too much to look at (you'll feel like you are in an up-side-down bathtub!). The the price is reasonable, and mi la cay is my comfort food.
