One of my favourite eat-out-places in DC (Columbia Heights). The food is quite good and as such I have visited Panda more than once to excite my taste buds. You can go in here for lunch and dinner. The service is quite good and quick. The menu has various options and prices also reasonable. The place does not get overcrowded too, so you could always sit in if you want, but take-outs seem to be the standard.
