We visited Eat First (食為先) for lunch, believed it’s one of the better Chinese restaurants in D.C. China Town. Sort of disappointed. The setting of the restaurant was decent and clean. The server was nice and helpful, gave us some useful advice. The dishes she recommended were: Seafood LoMein (海鮮撈麵, $13, delicious) and Shrimp Wonton Soup (淨雲吞 $7.50, tasty but not outstanding as we had elsewhere. It’s a classic dish in Hong Kong seafood restaurants).
