On the corner with a blue awning, very good location and we were early enough to get street metered parking right away. My party of 4 was welcomed and seated in the back on a table for 6. I don't remember what this establishment was before but the grill is right at the front window, like old pizza palor. There are some 6 booths and this cafe shows some age but homey character. Service was fast and our mugs were always refilled. I had the delicious 3 slices of French toast, 2 links, scrambled eggs w/coffee which was under $7. If in the area, this is a stop for simple breakfast/lunch.
