I was staying nearby and wandered into this place around 9:30 PM for a brew before heading up to my room at the Quincy Hotel next door (which doesn't have its own restaurant or bar). The place was almost empty, which didn't bother me at all, particularly on a Tuesday night. What did bother me was that a few minutes after being served my beer, the bartender turned off the televisions, turned up the lights, and started cleaning the floor, so dragging bar stools back and forth. If you're going to make a guy feel unwelcome and hurried, you really should tell him that before you serve him the beer. I wouldn't return here just for this reason - there are plenty of other choices within a few blocks.
