Ordered the tonkatsu (Don Katsu) a la carte and it was the worst that I have ever eaten. Tonkatsu should be boneless pork of a good thickness and moist. Pork should be trimmed of gristle and fat and breaded with panko and nicely arranged on the plate. This was scattered all in a corner of the plate, had bone in it, had a lot of gristle and fat and was quite thin. It was also covered with tempura batter and dry. Part of Japanese cuisine is the presentation and tempura batter pork plopped on a plate doesn't cut it. Would never recommend this tonkatsu.
