There was a stuff up through the online booking system that then affected my order. I called the restaurant 5 times before anyone even picked up. Instead of explaining what happened and offering a solution, the lady on the phone just pointed fingers. I called the online company and they could do nothing as their online menu was pre-determined by the regular restaurant menu. After this runaround all I could eat was the coconut rice as the meal that was stuffed up became non-vegetarian as a result. The rice was congealed and the flavour not evenly spread throughout. So I would get balls of strong coconut flavouring or boring rice with each bite. My boyfriend ate some of both of our meals and said they were really bland tasting. We should have gone with our usual Thai Restaurant in Newtown. Awful.
