So, I relied upon colleagues who are very experience with Vietnamese cuisine, and wanted a business lunch at Lemongrass. Small seating capacity and soon filled at a noon hour. I followed my colleagues' advice and opted for grilled beef satay style with grilled veggies and pineapple, chopped peanuts. Very tasty. Not highly spiced (doesn't take much for me to feel "over spiced"), but no doubt one can request loads of spicing. No doubt many people lunching that day were from Seattle University across the street on 12th. Considerable takeout orders. I'm an old duffer; back in my youth, if a place had quite a few Asian diners, that was seen as a good place for Asian food. Very mixed clientel but mostly Asian, so, having had a tasty lunch, I assume this is a good place to come back to! I'll be back. Street parking can be a challenge.
