Service at Tribeca has been so shocking always, since I've been coming here for ten years. Good luck getting service. Be prepared to wait to even get a waiter. The waiters are more concerned getting new people into the restaurant than servicing existing ones. The food is generally terrible since the menu has been revamped. However, drinks and coffee are great. So me and my friends only come to Tribeca for drinks in the evenings after we've eaten elsewhere and don't need to be anywhere else. Ps: order three drinks at the same time to get them in time :-)
