Got put up at the Hotel Gran Chancellor for work and figured might'as well try this 'Frescos' restaurant. I was desperate and it was getting late. What I didn't expect was such a delicious meal! I ordered the wagyu steak and it was cooked almost to perfection. A little salty but great flavours complimented by BIG onion rings and fat infused potatoes with a nice just to top it all off. Really did not expect it to be that good looking at the outside of the restaurant and being mostly unimpressed with the hotel. Tried again the next day for lunch just to make sure they didn't fluke it. Ordered the crab linguine and again very nice flavours. Quality chefs and kitchens they have with decent value. The servings aren't the largest but for what they charge and what you get, I was quite satisfied! Service can be a bit hit and miss but the younger bar staff lady that was there everyday was always tops with fantastic and reliable service.
