We came on a Groupon voucher for 5 courses and a bottle of wine. We choose some drinks rather than the bottle of wine as we are not great wine drinkers. The promotions conjures up great food and value but when you look at the servings there is nothing really there. Almost all the plates, though attractive and skilfully assembled, lack substance and flavour. The quinoa and sunflower seed roll, garlic and tarragon butter is a dinner roll warmed up with melted butter, no different from one out of a supermarket. The waygu beef bresola is very very thinly sliced tasting like salami. The pickled beetroot salad is well present but is merely a few shavings of beetroot. The confit pork belly may look attractive but the "crackling" does not crackle, is chewy and inedible. The accessories on the plate tastes as though they have been quickly deep fried and in stale oil. The summer berry pavlova was overly sweet and not nice. Service was friendly and the room had a nice ambiance. Sorry to be so critical but the meal seems to be put together rather than cooked.
