I have been a customer of various Blue C locations for many years as my family likes the food & we've always had good service. We've eaten at this new UVillage location 3 times since it opened. Two of those times we've had serious issues with the special order/delivery system. One time we placed a special order via the iPads at the table and we never got some of our items, so the next time we made sure to place our special order in the old-fashioned way of pushing the blue button to summon wait staff to take our order. This time we *eventually* got our special order items (2 avocado rolls as none ever appeared on the belt during the 45 minutes we were seated--another problem?) but it was well after everyone had finished eating. The wait staff graciously took the delayed items off our bill but frankly we're not interested in eating at this location anymore. It's much louder than other locations, probably due to it being bigger, and there can be wait times of over an hour, which is just not worth it for a family with children. We'll go back to any of the other locations as we've never encountered any problems at them.
