It started when i tried to make a reservation - then the warning lights flashed :-) No answer in phone, no answer by website and not by email. I tried two times. Then i went there the day before, and asked for a table - and yes, and they confirmed to get my email but no excuse or explanation why they did not answer. I asked for a window table for 6 people, and they confirmed that of course - that was ok. We arrived on time, but no window table. I have been many places for churrasco, so i expected a table with salad buffet, vegetables, feijoada - but no, they served potato chips and rice at the table. We also asked for fried bananas, other kind of meat - but no one arrived - they was not very interested. And i have to say, i was surprised when i went to the toilette - and noticed a big buffet more in the restaurant...NO ONE told us about this. And the wine we wanted from the wine list was sold out...But, the food (meat) was good, so no one left hungry from there. This place have a potential, but the people working there need to make a big improvement. I will not go back there, next time i find another churrascaria in Milano.
