The place is visually charming and ticks all the boxes for a "Paris in Frankfurt" experience. The champagne and wine list holds quite a few gems to be enjoyed and the menu has potential - not yet fully expressed! Unfortunately the food and especially the service is where the place looses all the credit. Amateur and unfriendly waiting staff! Like so many places in Frankfurt, the service is superficial and bored, and the food inconsistent. The staff is inapt to deal with critique and basically punishes the paying guest with ignorance. The disappointing lobster ravioli was not even acknowledged, with two waiters ignoring the almost full plate returned and the verbal expression of dissatisfaction - no attempt to even offer some other food or care. Neither did the kitchen bother with a full and half full plate of "lobster ravioli" returned - despicable gray mass in a gray soup!!!!! Disappointing and ignorant, which is a shame as the place has potential.
