We have been going here for years but won't be going back after tonight. Mum and I both ordered eye fillets med-well done ($37). They came out and mum's was cooked nicely and was a decent piece of steak. Mine was still bloody and just a ball of fat/gristle. For $37 I would like to think you would get a decent steak so I took it back and asked for it to be replaced. I'm not normally one to complain but there was no way I could eat it. The waitress soon returned with the same piece and said the chef could cook it a bit longer but there was no fat on it. He refused to give me another piece, even after the head waitress spoke to him, so I asked for a refund and I walked out hungry.
