Ordered a burger with onions -arrived served with raw brown onions I requested onions to be cooked unfortunately by the time onions cooked my lunch companion had finished their lunch which resulted in us eating separately. When paying I voiced my disappointment adding that burger also served with lettuce that I had specified that didn't want, staff member not empathetic offered no apology very poor customer service. Visited the toilet but did not use as extremely tired and somewhat grotty.
