It was a Sunday and in an effort to "escape" the crowd outside, We thought we would give the food a try ( we normally order bar food when we have drinks here) I saw hainan chicken rice( I normally would not order this, but I thought why not it's a hotel , they should be able to make a decent version) I was so terribly disappointed if it's was my first taste hainan chicken rice , I would be scarred for life. The chicken pieces had blood in it and the rice was not fully cooked and it tasted bland. I literally left it untouched.. The sadder part is , the server could not even be bothered to ask why and if some thing was amiss. At a hotel I would expect a little more than cha charn teng...
