Looks like, the management of Novotel City Gate cares two hoots about the food, the service. The staff @ ANDANTE seemed disinterested and lack a sense of purpose. The chef and the kitchen team lack professionalism.. The bar in the lobby area has a wide ranging menu.. We are a party of four.. Ordered drinks and food. The appetizer - seared tuna salad and 4 main course dishes ( one each). Two main course dishes were served Well before the appetizer !The 3rd main course meal came after half hour. It has been 1 hour and counting, we are still at the table waiting for the 4th main course mail. Really sad..A complete breakdown.. A lost cause !
