We recently stayed at the hotel and were disappointed to see the cost-cutting that's taken place over the past few years. Apparently they weren't making enough money so management decided to go cheaper in a lot of areas, and chief among them is the breakfast buffet at Citron. The reduction in quality is evident in many respects, from the cold, bland sausage to the rock hard eggs to the sad attempt at omelet making by the untrained cook (the only "made-to-order" item left). I wouldn't really care if the price was commensurate with the food, but at $34 for adults (about half that for kids) I felt like I had been completely ripped-off. The food was so lousy it didn't even meet my 10 year old son's low standards, and we had to immediately stop at WaWa to buy him something he would eat. I obviously have different standards than a lot of other reviewers, and you may find cold, unseasoned breakfast items "amazing", so feel free to try it for yourself. But I bet you'll wished you saved a hundred bucks and went directly to WaWA.
