...he advises the shift manager does not feel well
Stopped by this place on the way back from a shopping trip. What a mistake ! Staff was in the middle of a shift change. We placed our order, I requested bottle water for one of our drinks, line worker ignored my request, rang up my order and gave me the total. I inquired about the water was rudely told we do not sell bottle water. Fine. After this statement, looked at me like I was crazy when I responded I did not want anything to drink. While this exchange was going on I noticed a bucket of dirty water sitting on the counter by a stack of trays ( not very appealing). Then the cashier calls for change for a large bill and the incoming shift manager ignores the line worker. When she finally comes she has an attitude about having to make change ( she huffs and rolls her eyes). When my friend mentions this to the line rep, she advises the shift manager does not feel well. Since when do you have to feel well to give customer service. Food is standard, but if you expect CS you will not get it here.
