I come to eat at Take multiple times a year, every time I find myself in Rome again. It's one of those places where the whole dining experience is authentic, easy and completely enjoyable. The chef is right behind the counter, always all smiles and courteousness, and his sushi is always super delicious, especially the uni. I recommend ordering the big platter if you come in a big group, as the it comes in an exquisitely arranged plate shaped like a big boat. It can get pretty busy after 8 (customary dining time for Italians), so if you want a more relaxed experience I suggest you show up a little earlier than that.
