I have been to this restaurant several times since having the pleasure of accidentally discovering the door, hidden in a dark, narrow stairway, then walking in and watching one of the most amazing views in the city unfold before me. I've never been overcharged -- what the previous reviewer might have encountered is a “couvert” or cover charge, usually the equivalent of a few dollars, that covers the cost of bread, condiments etc. -- an odd concept for Americans but not uncommon in touristy areas. The food is good rather than great but it's all about the view -- go on a sunny day or a clear evening and you'll love it. The place is small so definitely call ahead.
