Youki is a great place for Chinese style soba (chūkasoba) in Hiroshima. First, a large bowl of soba only costs 600 yen! Second, it tastes awesome, probably some of the best soba I've ever had. Also, at a moment's notice the restaurant can fill up due to its popularity. We came here later in the evening so we didn't have that problem. It had a great atmosphere at this time. We later discovered that this restaurant packages and sells its own soba noodles in stores. This definitely gives you an idea of how good their product is, especially since they operate out of a small restaurant.
