After several forgettable meals in Potsdam, including a stop at one place where the waiter declined to take our order because the chef was tired of cooking, Restaurant Waage came as a relief. Imaginative, nicely done Italian food and much more than the take-it-or-leave-it attitude of servers in most German restaurants. The menu changes frequently; the blackboard specials are highly recommended.
