Our dining party consists of a crypto Pisciterian and a serious meat eater (me). We started our last visit with plaintains and salsa, and it would have been a worthy plate to start a night of bar hopping. Drinks on the house menu are somewhat precious, but the bartender has the classics down. The double pork chop was perfectly done without being dry. The Dijon inspired sauce was tasty but unneeded. The fish and vegetable options were flavorful and filling. The bill for two with drinks and tip was $150, but welcome to Seattle. The fine dining question misses the vibe, this is hip dining at the fine dining price point. We'll be regulars
