food, ambience, service and value were all outstanding. place is in the old gothic quarter of barcelona and is basically built into some 1500 or 1600 year old roman walls that are like a meter thick. menu is based on an old style of spanish flatbread pizza. five adults ate until we were bursting, including tons of appetizers, main dishes, dessert, 4-5 bottles of 1/2 liter sparkling water, two bottles of wine and a bottle of "cava" (a spanish-style champagne) and the bill was 205€. i honestly thought it would be twice that. and while 90% of people who are "gluten free" don't even know what gluten is and are just on the fadwagon, it may be worth not(h)ing here that 90% of the food here is gluten free. i couldn't care less but noting it is all part of this public service announcement...
