The service and ambience are good. But unfortunately the food was underwhelming. We had the tasting menu. The appetizers ranged from edible to mediocre to inedible. There was a twist on tiramisu which was an interesting concept but the mushy cod at the bottom (that I guess was trying to be the ladies fingers of the tiramisu) was fishy and the sweet pee cream on top did little to disguise it. The main course was the hake which was in season. Despite that and this being a seafood restaurant it wasn't cooked very well and was 2 dimensional in taste. Nothing on the menu excited the palate. Presentation was ok but taste a letdown. In a city of fresh and delicious ingredients, this was a decided letdown, especially after we had eaten in Kaymus the night before. The comparison could not be more stark. The best thing of the night? The chocolate dessert with 3 textures of chocolate. I would recommend giving this restaurant a miss and going to Kaymus instead.
