This trattoria won the excellence prize in 2015. The sticker was on the door and encouraged us to look inside. It's close to hotel Ergife where we were staying the nights in Rome. I suggest this spot for authentic Italian food. We ate there around 2 pm and we were practically the only tourists. It was packed with Italians families. We had to wait over 30 minutes for the pasta veal and steak to arrive. Be warned. To have bread (pane) it was charged 2 Euro for my parents and 2 euro for their friends (2). The aqua (water) is also 2 euro. Vino Rosso was good. Affordable. I took the pasta with bacon and onions and it was amazing. Ordered the potatoes too. Yum. Great reviews for the risotto and the veal and steak. A must go! Ps: the menu was also in English and German and also offered a tourist menu for 20 euro includes many things. Includes photo of my dessert à la Nona. Amazing. 4 euro.
