This resto, recommended by the concierge at the Crown Plaza, is located minutes away from the hotel and definitely lived up to his recommendation. We ate there on two separate occasions (before and after our NCL cruise) and loved the food and service both times. They have a very extensive menu and, although they are renown for their pizza, during our first visit we opted for a seafood risotto and a fresh pasta dish as our Primi and a veal dish and a local shredded beef dish with fresh grilled tomatoes as our Secondi. The portions were more than ample and all the dishes were excellent. Our waiter offered us grappa and coffee, on the house, to finish our evening. On our second visit, we had grilled anchovies and pasta as our Primi and salt encrusted baked seabass and grilled, stuffed calamari as our Secondi. Both were even more delicious than our initial experience. They have an extensive wine list and are not prone to recommending their most expensive selections. This fab resto is not in the main tourist area and is frequented by locals, therefore, their menu is designed for all tastes. Not to be missed.
