To Whom this may concernMe and my colleagues decided to have branch on Sunday morning the 24th of April 2016.I called the Restaurant on Saturday evening the 23rd April 2016 & spoke to Teresa to reserve a table for 3 people at 09:30 till 10h00 am. upon arrival we were welcomed by 2 waitresses who knew nothing of our booking. Alternatively we asked if they would accommodate us and as there were no guest's in the smoking Area we chose one of the tables there. The furniture out lay was impressive as there was sufficient Space and the couches were comfortable. Our waitress's name was Amanda and i would not want to say that she was giving her best despite the fact that we informed her in advance that ,we were first timers there. She was not writing down the orders and several times she left out several items. It all began with my T-Bone that was recommended by a colleague. Our food orders were,I had their 450g Classic T-Bone(Medium to rare) with their Grilled vegetables and Chips,Both my colleagues had Chicken Schnitzels with Cheese sauce and Rice/Chips/Veg.After we ordered i asked our waitress how long would the food be in case we may need refills on our drinks. She said it might just take a while because of the Medium to rare T-bone.This was a unbelievable but the 2 Schnitzels were served in 20 minutes and after 5 minutes of inquiring where my meal was,it was only brought 10 minutes later. My colleagues food was cold. When she brought my food i asked politely what House wine were they serving by the glass preferably Red.She mentioned Nerderberg Rose and i had to repeat my question assuming she missed it she then said please look inside the menu and find out,I did as i was asked & ordered a glass of Tall Horse Merlot.I like starting with the fat on my T-bone when i have it,just as I cut the center of the meat i noticed that it was dry and way too well done for the medium rare I ordered.I told her when she brought my wine a few minutes later and she said she was sorry.I chose
