A simple restaurant, small and maybe not the cleanest BUT... that's often the price to pay if you want good Asian food. The pho is really good, the broth doesn't taste artificial, with enough of everything, and prices are reasonable (about 9-10 euros per dish). Contrary to what some previous reviewer's comment, the owners are not chinese, they are vietnamese, as are many - if not most - customers (which is a good sign in itself). Definitely recommended if you want a good pho in Paris, and don't care much about the setting.
