I've been here several times during my stay in Yangon and found Chew Q to be a nice outdoor restaurant with decent service, a good variety of food and nice decor. Prices are average (or only slightly high) compared to other good restaurants in town, but the food was nice. They also had an indoor seating area, although most people seem to prefer dining outdoors with candle lights and ambient lighting.
