We didn't get menus (perhaps they don't have them in English) so were glad to have an Arabic speaker with us. Our server didn't get the order right, but did bring us good food! We liked the mixed grill a lot. The stuffed pigeon, which is evidently very popular in Egypt was fine- the rice stuffing was great, but it was a lot of work to get a tiny bit of meat! The server then cleared up the table but left the pigeon head right in the middle of the table- a little odd for us.
