Gorgeous views on a beautiful breezy open air terrace, sitting on mats with pillows Thai style. I have been coming to Koh Tao every year for 7 years and this is one of the few spots I keep going back to. I have even rounded up new made friends on Koh Tao and dragged them over for dinner on the terrace. Completely chill place to just have some island drinks or enjoy an amazing full dinner. Service is super friendly, attentive (for Thais!), polite and engaging. Just a friendly bunch enjoying their jobs. I found the food to be reasonably priced for the quality and quantity you received. Despite going back many times I have only tried the Thai menu (when in Thailand...) not only do I enjoy the food but everyone I have taken has too Thais, North Americans and Europeans have all dined here with me everyone enjoyed the food. Sitting at the edge of the Terrace so you can look out over the gorgeous bay while dining is highly recommended. The only tiny negative which is easily avoidable (they have tables but not on the terrace) is sitting on mats can be tough on those of us with joint pain (I have a very hard time kneeling or sitting crosslegged for any length of time - lots of hardcore martial arts in my youth) For me I dealt with the pain for the pure pleasure of enjoying this place as it is intended. Occasionally sticking my legs out over the terrace to let my feet hang and knees have a reprieve despite the fact that they dont encourage it :)
