Although there were many empty tables we were told it was a 25-30 minute wait. There were two families ahead of us and 2 chairs in the lobby, so there were 2 people sitting and 9 people standing waiting. My children sat on the floor to wait. There is plenty of room for a bench or some more chairs. It smelled SO good, and we were hungry. The wait was only about 15 minutes and we were shown to our table. The waitress was quick to come get our drink orders, and she brought back the drinks and took our food orders. There is a little tablet thing on the table you can play games on (and order desert, and pay your bill!) but be careful, it COSTS to play the games. We ordered corn bread appetizer- it took about 10 minutes to come out, not too bad. We ordered mac and cheese dishes and chicken fingers and fries. Nothing overly complicated, it took FOREVER to get our food. Our drinks were empty, never refilled. It was FREEZING cold in there. Finally the food came, and it was ok. It was not great. The chicken tenders were good. The waitress was friendly, but she was not very attentive. I can`t speak to the quality of the bbq or the ribs, but the food that we had was adequate. I do not plan to go back, there are too many other really good spots to eat in Orlando, it was kind of expensive considering that the food and service were not as good as many other places in the area. In such a competitive place, restaurants have to really be on top of their game and this place was just average for me.
