I've been searching the Seattle area and most of the west coast for Cannoli's for over 30 years and always come away disappointed. I was even thinking of starting my own Cannoli shop and would have called it Holy Cannoli too. Believe me I would have done a better job in cost control and product development. Here is one tip when you order a Cannoli: Don't buy one that is already filled - it loses it's freshness and crisp crust. Here's another tip: For the last several years around Christmas you can find Cannoli kits at Costco that are reasonable priced and excellent in taste. The shells are seperate from the filling so you have to fill them yourself but that's just part of the fun. Enjoy!
