I visited this restaurant yesterday - 7 November 2015. All of the party sat down at 10 pm, our order which consisted of drinks, starters and mains were taken by the manager at 10.15pm. The drinks took 15 minutes to come. The starters which consisted of sheek kebab and 1 poppadom took 30 minutes to come after placing the order. Firstly, poppadoms are a simple dish, to take such time in serving just ONE poppadom is ridiculous! When it was served, I did not get any sauces. This is an addition to the snack, other parties that had ordered poppadoms got the sauce. The sheek kebab that was ordered fell apart as soon as it was picked up from the plate - there was no texture or taste to it. After the starter, we waited for the mains - 4 dishes, pilau and garlic naans. We approached two waiters asking how long it was going to be - they advised it would be out in less than 5 minutes, as they need to warm it up in the microwave. I was shocked to know that the food I ordered wasn't fresh. Five minutes passed and the food hadn't been served by then I was fed up - I asked to speak to the manager, who was told, but then got distracted speaking to other guests at the restaurant. Our food finally came out - it looked like ready made meals from the local supermarket, the rice was hard and the naan breads were burnt. I approached the manager, he suggested the food was fresh as it had been made in the morning but said he would reheat the reheated food! He said that it was a busy night hence why we had to wait a long time - this was no busier than a Mc Donalds/ Burger King on an average day. The reheated food came out which we ate. The was no taste to the food in particular the butter chicken. The lamb korma looked like custard with meat pieces in it. Above all, the one thing I noticed is that my party were the only Asians in the restaurant, the others all of European Caucasian ethnicity. The manager and waiters served them all promptly and were friendly and welcoming to them, I felt tha
