I did not know what Kimukatsu was until I researched this restaurant. it is the only place that I have seen a 25 layer stacked pork cutlet. It was excellent tasting, moist, and tender. I had the Kimukatsu Cheese Set and all items were very good, melted cheese inside of the pork layers. Service was excellent, the waiter explained the concept and made recommendations. If you are a fan of tender pork, you will love this dish. A place to have a very good, different type of food and taste, near to Waikiki beach and the hotels.
