My daughter and I visited this location of Johnny Rockets on Friday, May 20, 2016. This was our first visit to a Johnny Rockets and we do not have a location close to us at home, so we decided to give it a try. Our overall experience was average. But one particular issue clouded over the rest of our visit that leaves me with a bad taste in my mouth... They were busy as it was lunch time, it did take us a bit to get a server to visit our table and take our drink order, as a matter of fact, we had already decided what we wanted to eat, so we ordered it all at the same time. My daughter and I each ordered a cheeseburger and on the menu there were "appetizers and shareables". So we ordered sweet potato fries as there was a photo of them on the napkin dispenser on the table which looked to be enough to share. (Also the price was $4.59 for one order- seemed logical that there would be enough to share.) When the food finally arrived the small plate of sweet potato fries was set between us and I was shocked to see about the same amount of fries as McDonald's serves in their small order of fries. I questioned the waitress and she said that they were pre-sized when they came in and that was the correct amount. I told her that I felt it was ridiculously priced if that was the size. She asked if I wanted to speak with the owner. I said- Sure, send him over. This is where it really gets irritating- This man has NO idea how to handle customers. He was non-apologetic, unreasonable and unwilling to do anything to help the situation. Basically- that is the size, if you don't like it - too bad. Seriously- it was that bad. The waitress returned later to ask if he rectified the issue and I told her, nope. Later she returned with our check and told me that she did not have the ability to remove the item from the check but she could opt to pay for them herself. I did not want that (I did not want to remove them either- I just wanted more fries for the price I was willing to pay...) I add
