This isn't the first time me and my hubby been to this restaurant, we were here a couple of times before, and the food was fine, and yet I guess this time is the worst service we've ever encountered in this restaurant. First we went there at about 2100, it's Saturday so we understood they were still quite busy at that time, so asked for a booth, gave them our name and phone number, and they said they would call us when they are ready. We had a little walk around the mall, and came back at about 2130, they said it's not ready yet, that's fine, so we went into shops and wait patiently. And they called us at about 2145, and said the table is ready, so we went back, only hear from the ladies at the reception said the customers are paying the bill at the moment, since the table is not ready yet, why would you said so then? We waited outside, I saw there's a couple of people walked out, and yet they still haven't ask us to go in, so hubby went into the restaurant to check out the salad bar, but then he saw there's a couple of booth are clear and ready, they just let us hang around outside and seems don't be bother to ask us in when there's 3 at the reception, 2 staffs are on the phone, 1 is talking to the customers. So we sat down, ordered a few food (Starter: Potato Skins, Main: Clam Linguini (Mine) and Waygu Burger (Hubby's), Side: Sauteed baby portabella mushrooms), and after about 10 mins, my linguini is here before the starter, but then they quickly took it back and gave us the starter, which they messed up the orders, but it's fine since they reacted quickly. After the starter, my linguini is yet again served without other main course, which is weird as they should have served them together, not just the linguini then we have to wait for the burger as the linguini will went cold. (And it does made me curious if that's the same linguini that they messed up the order with, maybe they just put it into the microwave or something and heat it up again, that's maybe why it
