Abou Shakra has a reputation for good kofta/kebab but the quality has left something to be desired the last few times we've been there. The business is typically Egyptian, with a few too many staff standing around looking, at times, for something to do. The vegetables we both had on our plates tasted like they just came out of the freezer bag. The shish tawook was okay and my wife's grilled chicken was just okay too.
