Some of you reading may think the title is far fetched, but this is undoubtedly the best Chinese restaurant I've experienced on earth. You must try it if you're around. Suzie and the team continue to keep her fathers traditions. Hands down beats china town in Chicago, London, San Francisco, New York. I've been three times, it's consistently amazing. I'm torn writing these experiences, as I want other people to know but also want to keep this place special. Flavourful, chewy when it needs to be chewy, crispy when it needs to be, moist. Typically difficult to nail dishes at other Chinese restaurants, are absolutely nailed here. Unpretentious. Affordable. Humble surroundings. Friendly. Family run. Clean. Fresh food. Caring.
