Rice: not 'japanese' nor well cooked. Inner of grain still hard raw! My order is grilled fungus. Half an hour before it's served! Yes - cold and no flavor left. Service: none. We've to repeat our dishes three times. They simply forget that we ordered those dishes. The restuarant tables are only 20% full when we enter. Still at this figure when we're out.
