I ordered home delivery from the Wilston restaurant as I was looking after my niece and nephew. They are strict vegetarians and ordered a spaghetti with Napoli sauce. I explain numerous times that it must not have any meat. We found out the next day that it did in fact contain meat as there were leftovers. This has left me in an embarrassing situation with my brother and sister in law. I emailed Gusto's about this situation and explained I would have much rather have been told that it wasn't a possibility to have a vegetarian pasta then be charged a premium cost for a pasta that contained meat. It has now been over a week and I haven't heard anything, not even an apology. I also live in the area and will not be back. I think it was very poor to do this and not even hear anything back. If it was possible to rate this restaurant half a star I would . This would have to be the worst customer service I have ever received and the food was less the average!!!
