We unfortunately aren't able to review the food or service for this bar, just the incredible care the staff showed to my mum, myself and my husband on Friday 24th June when mum had a nasty fall outside that resulted in her being taken to hospital. In the burning sunshine one member off staff held and umbrella over mum, whilst another got water, ice, They called an ambulance and waited with us until they arrived and gave caring hugs that were very much needed at a frightening time. \I really can't thank them enough. We now have mum back in the UK who will have surgery on her arm that was broken in the fall. Cant help thinking this could have been a lot worse if it wasn't for their care and attention. We love Florence and will definitely be returning and will make a point of visiting Caffe Le Torri to personally thank the staff. Mille grazie. Jude, Colin & Vivienne. xxx
