The Fiolet is located on the ground floor of the immense building that also houses the Rossi Hotel, who's guests benefit of a 10% discount when dining. The quality is actually very, very good, top marks to the chef. The offering is very international with quite a preference towards Asian style cooking. Good value for money. Service is poor, based on an average European style of restaurant service. Smiles are an option. Make sure you give very clear ORDERS. The atmosphere can be very noisy, there's background modern rock music running at all times and no matter where you sit it can be tough to have a dialogue. So you just need to strongly complain and the volume will go down.
