Seriously, bring your slippers! You have to take your shoes off at the door, put them into lockers and walk around in your socks or barefeet. They have tables and tatami tables (knee level tables), at least the tatami tables were placed on top of a hole so that your feet can dangle and you can kind of "sit". Now for the food, For a place that does not have a single cook, only prefab factory made food that they reheat, it was alright. They do sell "fresh" pasta but it just lacks something. It's kind of funny, the server came and said, "please order by computer code. We cannot make any substitutions because this will affect automatic inventory". I wanted bolognese sauce on fettuccine not spaghetti but it was just impossible to do. (since they of fettuccine on their menu, I mistakenly thought it should be an easy switch) Food was actually not bad. They have an all you can eat breads, which had a few selections that were tasty but many that were stale. Their set menu comes with a choice of salad or soup with coffee / tea. You do leave the place full and satisfied. Considering their price point and the their offerings, we really felt that it was really expensive for what we got. Can get a similar quality meal 20-25 percent cheaper elsewhere.
