Nestled in the buckwheat growing region of South Korea, everything in this restaurant is made at least in part from buckwheat. When you first sit down, you are brought a plate of buckwheat crepes with scallions or cabbage with a soy and sesame dipping sauce. Dish after buckwheat dish follows--sprout salad, soups, noodles, with all the Korean accompaniments, especially a fresh white kimchi of radishes. It is quick, excellent and very satisfying. Vegetarians will be just as pleased as anyone else. I have eaten here three times in the past seven years and it has always been excellent and great fun.
