It really depends on what you're looking for this place. I went for their grand opening 7 course tasting menu following the closing of Colberne Lane. At $120 a person, I was expecting more than what I got. The courses were decent but substantially worse than other tasting menus I've sampled. The server had zero knowledge of the food they were presenting besides the basic <main protein> and <main vegetable> on the plate. The place was loud and seemed out of place for a tasting menu. The service seemed rushed and they served us the bill with our coffees at the end of the meal. Based on other reviews, this place seems to have improved since then but I would think your opening night featuring a tasting menu by 7 executive chefs in high standing restaurants in Toronto would be your best night. I was disappointed -- maybe I will head back some day but I feel like there are other places worth taking a look at first.
